- Managing digital marketing activities and campaigns

- Handling social media platforms and online promotions

- Creating and coordinating digital content

- Supporting lead generation and brand visibility initiatives

3. Telesales Executive

- Handling customer calls and enquiries

- Explaining products/services to prospective customers

- Following up with leads and maintaining customer records

- Building positive customer relationships

4. Counselor

- Interacting with prospective candidates/customers

- Understanding their requirements and providing appropriate guidance

- Handling enquiries and follow-ups

- Maintaining professional communication with clients/candidates
