Position: International Voice Process / B2B Sales Executive
Experience: 0–1 years
Qualification: 12th Pass or above
Salary: ₹19,000–₹22,000 in-hand
Shift: Night Shift, 6:00 PM–3:00 AM
Working Days: 5 days a week

Key Responsibilities
Handle B2B sales calls professionally and efficiently.
Contact prospective clients through calls, emails, and other channels.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
Resolve customer queries and complaints, escalating complex issues when required.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up with prospects.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Work toward achieving sales and customer-service targets.
Job Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable communicating with international clients.
Willingness to work the 6 PM–3 AM night shift.
Ability to handle customer queries, objections, and sales conversations professionally.
Comfortable working 5 days a week.
Important Note
This is a B2B international voice-sales role, so candidates should be comfortable with outbound calling, client follow-ups, and working night shifts.
