Job Role: International Voice Process Executive

Shift: U.S. Shift (9:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentives

Job Location:

Pillar No. 1113, Ashoka Yamaha Showroom, 5th Floor,

Mettuguda, Secunderabad

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers.

Communicate clearly and professionally in English with global clients.

Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information or solutions.

Resolve customer queries, concerns, or complaints efficiently.

Maintain accurate call records and update customer information in the system.

Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.

Meet individual and team performance targets.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
