We are looking for a confident and result-driven International Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls with international clients. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer queries, and supporting business growth through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to international clients for lead generation and sales
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about products/services
Maintain a high level of professionalism while communicating with global customers
Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions
Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
Update CRM systems with call details and customer interactions
Coordinate with sales and internal teams for smooth process flow
