Position Details

Role: Sales Executive

Department: Sales & Customer Support

Process: International (U.S. Voice Process)

Shift: Night Shift

Expected CTC: ₹2.0 LPA – ₹5.0 LPA (Based on Experience) + Incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with international clients

• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers

• Effectively present and sell products/services

• Achieve sales targets and performance metrics

• Maintain CRM records and follow-ups

• Build strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in international voice sales preferred

• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

• Target-driven and self-motivated approach

• Basic CRM and computer knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
