• Promote and sell travel memberships, holiday packages, and resort stays.

• Understand customer travel needs and recommend suitable vacation packages.

• Convert inquiries into successful sales while achieving daily and monthly targets.

• Build rapport with customers and provide exceptional customer service.

• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.

• Follow US compliance guidelines and sales scripts during calls.

• Upsell additional travel products like cruises, hotel upgrades, tours, and activities.
