Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in international business development and client coordination.

• Communicate with international customers, business partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.

• Handle emails, quotations, reports, presentations, and business documentation.

• Manage customer records, follow-ups, and regular business communication.

• Support administrative and day-to-day office coordination activities.

• Perform computer-based tasks, data entry, documentation, and reporting.

• Assist with social media and online business promotion activities.

• Coordinate local and domestic travel-related business activities when required.

• Support management in daily business development and operational activities.

Required Skills:

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in MS Office, email, internet research, and social media platforms.

• Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.

• Professional attitude with confidence and discipline.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• Willingness to travel locally and domestically as required.

• Prior experience in international business, sales, business development, administration, or customer coordination will be an advantage.
