Job Description

Katix Pneumatic India Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Mechanical Engineering graduate to join our Internal Sales team. The candidate will support sales activities, prepare quotations, coordinate with customers, and assist in promoting pneumatic products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.

• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.

• Coordinate with the external sales team and customers regarding product requirements.

• Understand pneumatic products and provide basic technical support to customers.

• Maintain customer databases and sales records in CRM/ERP systems.

• Assist in order processing and coordination with production and dispatch teams.

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Track sales opportunities and generate regular sales reports.

• Support business development initiatives and lead generation activities.

Required Skills

• B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (2025/2026 pass-outs can apply).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of pneumatics, industrial automation, or mechanical systems.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness to learn technical sales and customer management.
