🔹 Candidate Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in Back Office / Operations

Experience in Financial Sector, Insurance, or Banking is mandatory

Loan industry experience will not be considered

Good knowledge of MS Office / Excel and data management

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to maintain records and handle documentation accurately

Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day back office operations and documentation

Maintain customer and transaction records

Prepare and update MIS reports

Coordinate with sales teams, clients and internal departments

Process and maintain policy / investment-related documents

Ensure timely data entry and record updates

Provide operational support to the sales team
