Job Description

Generate new business through lead generation, referrals, networking, and field sales activities.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
Explain policy features, benefits, exclusions, and premium details to clients.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term retention.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into policy sales.
Assist customers with proposal forms, KYC documentation, and policy issuance.
Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams to ensure smooth policy processing.
Provide after-sales service and support for policy-related queries.
Manage policy renewals and ensure timely premium collection.
Support customers during the claims process and documentation requirements.
Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to existing customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and IRDAI regulations.
Prepare sales reports and regularly review performance against targets.
