### 💼 Roles & Responsibilities

**Sales Executive**

* Generate business through direct sales, referrals and leads.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.

* Promote **Life Insurance, Health Insurance and Mutual Funds**.

* Achieve assigned sales targets.

* Build strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.

**Tele Sales Executive**

* Generate and follow up on leads through outbound calls.

* Explain and promote financial products.

* Convert leads into appointments and sales.

* Maintain customer relationships and CRM records.

* Achieve monthly sales targets.

**Marketing Executive**

* Conduct field market surveys and identify potential customers.

* Generate quality leads through on-ground activities.

* Collect and maintain customer information.

* Coordinate with Tele Sales and Sales teams for lead conversion.

* Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

### 🎯 Candidate Requirements

* **Undergraduates and Graduates both are eligible.**

* 0–3 years of experience; freshers can apply.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Target-oriented and self-motivated.

* Good convincing and negotiation skills.

* Willingness to work in field/tele-sales roles as applicable.

* Knowledge of financial products will be an added advantage.

### 💰 Salary & Incentives

**Freshers**

* **First 6 Months:** ₹15,000–₹18,000 + Incentives

* **After 6 Months:** ₹25,000–₹30,000 + Incentives

**Experienced Candidates**

* **Up to ₹30,000 + Incentives**

* Salary depends on experience and interview performance.
