Identify and generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and other sales strategies.
Understand customer needs and offer customized insurance solutions that match their requirements.
Conduct thorough needs analysis and provide accurate and competitive insurance quotes.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and claims processes.
Offer ongoing support to clients post-sale, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Market Research & Industry Knowledge:
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor products.
Keep abreast of regulatory changes and ensure compliance with insurance policies, guidelines, and practices.
Provide clients with accurate, up-to-date information about insurance products and market developments.
Reporting & Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotes, sales, and transactions in the CRM system.
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activity, performance, and pipeline progress to the Sales Manager.
Assist with the preparation of marketing and promotional materials to drive sales.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the underwriting and claims teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and claims processing.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and company events as required.
