Job Responsibilities :

Identify and connect with potential customers.

Understand customers’ insurance needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.

Explain policy features, benefits, premiums, terms, and coverage clearly.

Generate leads through references, personal contacts, and other sources.

Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into policy sales.

Assist customers with the application and documentation process.

Maintain good relationships with existing customers and follow up for policy renewals.

Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets.

Attend company training and stay updated about insurance products and sales processes.

Candidate Profile

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Minimum 12th pass preferred.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Interested in sales, marketing, and customer interaction.

Comfortable with calling and meeting customers.
