Job Title: Sales Associate (Finance)

Location: Moti Nagar, Delhi

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 1–3 Years

CTC: ₹30,000/month + Incentives + Travel Allowance

Job Overview:

We are hiring a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Associate with strong knowledge of financial products/ mutual funds and a passion for B2C sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling financial products directly to clients through field visits, relationship building, and consultative selling techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market visits to identify and acquire potential customers.

• Promote and sell a range of financial products such as insurance, mutual funds, health insurance, investment plans, financial plans etc.

• Understand client needs and provide customized financial solutions.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance to the sales manager.

• Stay updated with current financial products, market trends, and regulatory guidelines.

• Maintain proper documentation and daily reporting of activities.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in B2C sales and selling financial products.

• Good understanding of investment and insurance products.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer service.

• Willingness to travel locally for market visits and client meetings.

• Proficiency in local language(s) and basic English is preferred.

• Should have his own bike & license.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Fixed CTC: ₹30,000 per month
