LIC Insurance Agent / Insurance Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

Meet potential customers and understand their financial and insurance needs.

Explain suitable LIC insurance plans, benefits, premiums, and terms.

Generate new business through customer references and networking.

Assist customers with policy documentation and application procedures.

Maintain regular relationships with existing policyholders.

Provide support for premium payments, policy servicing, nominations, claims, and other requirements.

Follow up with customers for policy renewals and continued service.

Work towards achieving business and sales targets.

Participate in LIC training and development programs.

Eligibility:

Minimum 10th/12th qualification as applicable.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build customer relationships.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply, subject to applicable LIC/IRDAI requirements.
