Job Summary
We are hiring an Insurance Advisor / Counsellor with minimum 1+ year of experience in hospital insurance claims handling for IP & OP patients. The candidate should have hands-on experience in TPA coordination, insurance approvals, claim processing, and patient insurance support within a hospital setup.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle IP & OP insurance claim processes efficiently
Coordinate with TPAs for approvals, queries, and claim settlements
Assist patients with insurance documentation and billing procedures
Follow up on pending approvals and claim status
Ensure smooth communication between patients, insurance companies, and hospital departments
Requirements:
Minimum 1+ year experience in hospital insurance/TPA operations mandatory
Experience only from hospital industry
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Kannada speaking is mandatory
Ability to handle patients and insurance queries professionally
