Role Overview:

Insurance Advisor ka kaam customers ko unki financial needs ke hisab se insurance solutions aur financial planning ki salah dena hai. Advisor customer ke goals ko samajhkar unke liye suitable life insurance aur savings plans recommend karta hai.

Key Responsibilities:

Naye customers se milna aur unki financial needs analyze karna.

Life insurance, savings, retirement aur child education plans ki jankari dena.

Customers ko financial security aur wealth creation ke baare mein guide karna.

Existing customers ke saath relationship maintain karna.

Company ke products aur services ki presentation dena.

Sales targets achieve karna aur regular follow-up karna.

Customer documentation aur policy servicing mein sahayata karna.

Eligibility:

Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)

Good communication skills

Customer dealing aur relationship building skills

Sales ya financial services ka experience preferred (Freshers can also apply)
