Job Title: Inside Sales Executive
Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
Salary: Up to ₹22,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience required
Education: Graduation preferred
Job Summary
We are hiring Inside Sales Executives for a reputed financial services company. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound customer calls, understanding customer requirements, generating leads, and assisting customers with suitable loan products.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls and generate quality leads.
Explain loan products and eligibility criteria to customers.
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful applications.
Maintain customer records and update call details.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of applications.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Loan Sales.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM will be an advantage.
Candidates available to work from Ghansoli preferred.
