Inside Sales Executive

Job Role:

Handle inbound/outbound sales calls, generate leads, understand customer requirements, promote industrial machines/products, and support the sales team in converting enquiries into orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact potential customers through calls, WhatsApp and email.

- Generate and follow up on leads and enquiries.

- Understand customer requirements for sheet metal machines, industrial machinery, or plastic injection molding machines/equipment.

- Explain product features, specifications, pricing and benefits to customers.

- Prepare and share quotations and follow up for order confirmation.

- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective customers.

- Coordinate with the field sales, technical and production teams.

- Maintain customer and lead records in CRM/Excel.

- Achieve monthly sales and lead-conversion targets.

- Handle customer queries and provide timely support.

- Develop and maintain good customer relationships.

Preferred Skills

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Basic knowledge of industrial machinery/manufacturing products.

- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.

- Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel and CRM.

- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.

Experience: 1–5 Years

Qualification: Graduate / Diploma preferred

Industry: Machine Manufacturing / Sheet Metal / Plastic Injection Molding
