Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the digital marketing or marketing services industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging prospects, pitching digital marketing solutions, and converting opportunities into clients.
This role requires strong communication, consultative selling, and lead nurturing skills to build relationships with businesses looking to improve their digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and generate new B2B leads through outbound calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and online research.
Build and maintain a prospect database of potential clients.
Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
Sales & Client Acquisition
Pitch the company’s digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Website Development, etc.).
Understand client business challenges and propose customized digital marketing solutions.
Schedule meetings or product demonstrations with decision-makers.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
Follow up consistently with leads to move them through the sales pipeline.
Maintain long-term engagement with potential clients.
Sales Process Management
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
Track leads, opportunities, and conversions.
Meet or exceed monthly sales and lead generation targets.
Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing and digital strategy teams to align sales messaging.
Share client requirements with the delivery team to ensure smooth onboarding.
Required Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience in B2B inside sales or tele-sales
Understanding of digital marketing services
Lead qualification and pipeline management
Confidence in cold calling and client pitching
Ability to handle objections and close deals
Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or sales automation tools
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field
Experience in digital marketing agency sales is highly preferred
Experience selling SEO, PPC, SMM, or marketing automation services
