Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective corporate clients

• Connect with HR Heads, CXOs, Directors & key decision-makers

• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities

• Introduce HR services including Recruitment, Staffing, L&D & Labour Law Compliance

• Schedule meetings and coordinate with the Business Development team

• Maintain lead databases, follow-ups, call reports & MIS

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident calling and follow-up abilities

• Lead generation and customer handling skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint

• Target-oriented and proactive approach
