We are looking for a Inside Sales Executive to join our team at Placement Local. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹14,000 - ₹20,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities of a Inside Sales Executive:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identifying new potential clients through research and networking tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Freelancer, Upwork).

• Sales & Negotiation: Making outbound calls, sending emails, presenting product demos, and negotiating deals to convert prospects into clients.

• Relationship Management: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage repeat business.

• Market Research & Analysis: Keeping updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

• Reporting & Strategy: Tracking KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and reporting sales progress to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Sales Acumen: Proven experience in sales, negotiation, and closing deals.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 6+ years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Cold Calling,Convincing Skills,Lead Generation,Computer Knowledge,MS Excel is an added advantage.
