ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will own the top of the sales funnel — generating leads, qualifying prospects, onboarding vendors, and supporting business development. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys outbound sales and wants to grow in a fast-moving logistics environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Generate leads for new clients and vendors through outbound calls, research, and referrals
– Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to qualify prospects and move them through the pipeline
– Schedule meetings and coordinate with the Business Development team
– Manage vendor onboarding from first contact to activation
– Maintain accurate records of all interactions and pipeline activity in the CRM
– Track and report on key sales metrics — call volume, conversion rates, and pipeline health
– Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends
REQUIREMENTS
– 2–5 years of experience in inside sales or business development
– Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is a strong advantage
– Confident communicator with solid negotiation and objection-handling skills
– Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) and MS Office
– Self-starter who is comfortable working to targets with minimal supervision
– Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts at once
