Key Responsibilities

1.Proactively connect with potential learners via Outbound calls

2.Understand individual customer needs and provide customized course recommendations.

3.Convert leads into paying customers by driving consultative and need-based selling.

4.Achieve monthly revenue targets through high conversion rates and proactive follow-ups.

5.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions using CRM tools.

6.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide market feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

• 1–5 years of experience in B2C inside sales, preferably in EdTech or service-based industries.

• 3.Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.

• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

• Familiarity with CRM tool - Salesforce is an added advantage.Willingness to work in rotational shifts/weekends (as required for B2C audiences).
