Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and WhatsApp chats.

• Understand customer requirements and convert leads into sales.

• Build customer relationships and ensure a seamless buying experience.

• Maintain accurate CRM records.

• Coordinate with internal teams to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• D.Pharm/B.Pharm preferred but not mandatory.

• 0–2 years of experience.

• Freshers & Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and sales skills.

• Customer-centric approach.

• Comfortable using CRM and digital tools.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Language Requirements

• English (Mandatory)

• Hindi (Mandatory)

• Kannada, Telugu, Bengali or any additional regional language is a plus.

Working Schedule

• 6 Days a Week

• Rotational Week Off
