Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads
Present and explain company offerings clearly and persuasively
Follow up on inquiries and maintain consistent communication with potential clients
Handle objections professionally and close sales
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales
Provide feedback on customer preferences, trends, and concerns
Requirements:✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated
✔ Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email,)
✔ Ability to handle pressure and work towards targets
✔ Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage
