PropCheckup is looking for an Inside Sales Executive to engage with prospective customers, qualify leads, explain our home inspection services, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. This role is office-based and involves handling sales primarily through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with incoming and assigned leads.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable inspection services.

• Explain service offerings, pricing, and the inspection process.

• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets.

• Maintain accurate lead records and sales updates in the CRM.

• Coordinate with the operations team for scheduling and service delivery.

• Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service throughout the sales process.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Comfortable with telephonic and online sales.

• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
