Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for a Inside Sales Executive to join our team at at Kovai Tapes Private Limited. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inside sales representatives focus on generating and closing sales remotely via phone, email, video calls, and digital tools, primarily from an office or home setup.

  Lead Generation

  • Source new opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, emails, and research on prospects.

  • Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, researching accounts, and identifying key decision-makers.

  • Build and maintain a database of prospects and clients using CRM systems.

  Sales Execution

  • Conduct product demos, explain features, and tailor pitches to address customer pain points.

  • Negotiate deals, overcome objections, upsell services, and close sales to meet quotas.

  • Handle inquiries, send quotes or proposals, and ensure smooth handoffs to account teams when needed.

  Reporting and Support

  • Track all interactions, pipeline progress, and sales activities in CRM for accurate forecasting.

  • Stay updated on products, competitors, and market trends to refine strategies.resources.

  • Collaborate with marketing, support, and channel partners to nurture relationships and drive revenue

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 2 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
