Post : Sales Coordinator

Qualification : Graduate in any discipline

Experience : 1–2 Years in Sales Coordination / Telecalling / Inside Sales

Salary : ₹18,000 – ₹27,000 per month

Location : Badkhal Extension ,Faridabad

Shift Timings : 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Week Off : Sunday

Gender : Male / Female

Industry : Plywood & Lighting Industry

Note : Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word is mandatory.

Skills:

• Strong telecalling and communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel (reports, basic formulas, data management)

• Strong working knowledge of MS Word for documentation and quotations

• Ability to prepare detailed sales reports and MIS

• Good follow-up and coordination skills

• Basic understanding of sales process and customer handling

• Target-oriented and confident personality

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Call on generated leads and explain products (Plywood & Lights)

• Arrange meetings for the sales team with potential clients

• Regular follow-up with customers for inquiries and orders

• Prepare and send quotations to clients using MS Word

• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports in MS Excel

• Coordinate between clients and sales team for smooth execution

• Maintain database of leads and client interactions
