• Coordinate with the sales team and customers for daily sales activities
• Handle customer calls, product enquiries, and follow-ups
• Prepare quotations and share them with customers
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations and orders
• Coordinate with customers regarding Purchase Orders (POs)
• Review and validate customer Purchase Orders
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch
• Maintain customer records, sales data, and order status
• Follow up on pending payments with customers
• Coordinate shipment and delivery requirements
• Maintain and update daily and weekly sales reports
• Track pending enquiries, quotations, orders, and payments
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Coordinate with the Sales and Accounts teams for smooth order processing
