Job Description: Internal Sales Support (Backend Sales Support) – 3 Openings

IndyGreen Technologies leads in lithium battery assembly machines, BESS and cooling systems solutions, targeting battery pack makers, EV OEMs, and ESS firms in India. These roles emphasize lead generation to fuel sales of specialized equipment like assembly lines and BESS integration tech.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical sales support to the Sales Team for Lithium Battery Manufacturing Machines and Lithium Raw Materials.

• Coordinate with vendors/manufacturers for technical specifications, pricing, lead time and other commercial/technical details.

• Prepare technical and commercial quotations based on customer requirements.

• Understand and analyse customer BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and technical specifications.

• Coordinate between Sales Team, Customers, Vendors and internal technical teams.

• Understand customer process requirements and assist in identifying suitable Lithium Battery Manufacturing Equipment / Machines.

• Prepare, review and modify production line layouts / machine layouts as per customer requirements.

• CAD knowledge is preferred for line layout preparation and modification.

• Assist the Sales Team in preparing technical proposals, machine specifications and other pre-sales documentation.

• Maintain effective follow-up with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely submission of quotations and technical details.
  

Qualifications and Skills

• B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical/Electronics or related; 1-3 years in pre-sales/lead gen for industrial equipment or renewables

• Technical grasp of lithium battery assembly processes, BESS, and EV applications; fluent in English/Hindi with CRM/Excel skills.

• Proactive self-starter ready for North India travel (20-30%) and B2B outreach.
