Inside Sales Executive
Job Overview -
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our IT &
Telecom company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads,
engaging with potential customers over phone and email, and closing sales. This role
involves understanding customer needs, promoting our Cybersecurity, Manage IT
Services, Internet, Lease line services, and achieving sales targets through effective
communication and persuasion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and qualify new business opportunities via outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach,
and email campaigns.
Maintain consistent follow-ups on inbound leads from marketing and digital campaigns.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline using CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or
equivalent.
2. Solution Presentation & Consultation
Understand client requirements in detail (bandwidth, security, cloud, or IT service
needs).
Consult customers with relevant Imperium offerings balancing technical and
commercial aspects.
Prepare customized proposals and quotations in coordination with pre-sales and
technical teams.
3. Pipeline & Revenue Management
Maintain weekly and monthly sales forecast reports with conversion ratios.
Track sales metrics number of leads, demos, closures, and renewal opportunities.
Work closely with field sales for site visits, demos, and proposal negotiations.
4. Customer Relationship Management
Ensure prompt responses to client queries, renewals, and escalations.
Manage CRM hygiene update lead status, client communication, and proposal data in
real time.
Build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners for recurring
business.
5. Coordination & Internal Communication
Liaise with technical, NOC, and provisioning teams for feasibility checks and project
updates.
Collaborate with the marketing team for targeted campaigns and event-based outreach.
Provide feedback from market interactions to improve products, pricing, and
communication.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Fresher and 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the
internet or telecom industry.
Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
