Need Inside Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
Engage with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and online platforms to generate and close sales opportunities.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Provide timely and accurate information to customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Compliance and Documentation:
Conduct compliance calls to ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
Accurately document all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Ensure that all transactions meet the legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
1 year of experience in inside sales, Data Sourcing or Data analysis.
Experience in handling compliance calls is highly desirable.
Skills:
verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary: 15k (Depends on interview)
