💼 Job Responsibilities
✅ Connect with prospective and existing customers through calls.
✅ Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads.
✅ Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
✅ Convert potential leads into customers and achieve sales targets.
✅ Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
✅ Maintain customer information and follow-up records using CRM tools.
✅ Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversions.
🎯 Eligibility Criteria
✔️ Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, or Tele Sales.
✔️ Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
✔️ Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
✔️ Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
✔️ Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
✔️ Experience in fintech or financial services will be an added advantage.
