Track competitors’ strategies, offerings, and positioning across offline and online platforms.
Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and sector growth regularly.
Identify new competitors and emerging market opportunities.
Update competitive advantages and positioning strategies periodically.
3. Vendor Coordination
Identify and develop backup vendors and agencies.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and ensure optimal utilization.
Keep vendors informed about relevant updates related to their domain.
Review and evaluate vendor performance periodically.
