About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven Inside Sales Executive with strong expertise in lead generation, qualification, product pitching, and closing sales in the building materials industry. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-oriented, and skilled in converting inbound & outbound leads into successful closures.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, generate, and qualify new leads through calls, digital platforms, and follow-ups.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable building material products.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
Maintain and update lead status in CRM tools; ensure accurate documentation.
Build strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and retailers.
Coordinate with the field sales and operations team for order processing.
Meet weekly and monthly sales targets and ensure revenue growth.
Provide timely follow-up, after-sales support, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele-Sales, preferably in Building Materials / Construction Products / Hardware / Interiors.
Strong communication skills in Hindi & English; knowledge of Kannada/Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam is a plus.
Proven track record in lead generation and closing sales.
Ability to understand technical/product details and explain them clearly to customers.
Good negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Target-driven mindset with a strong passion for sales.
