Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and digital platforms
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
Conduct product presentations and demos remotely
Follow up on inquiries and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams
Handle customer objections and provide solutions
Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience in inside sales / tele-sales / B2B or B2C sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer handling
Strong listening and problem-solving skills
