Job Title: Inside Sales Executive (with Field Visit Capability)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive who can drive business growth through inside sales activities and occasionally meet customers for face-to-face interactions. The ideal candidate must have B2B sales experience, good communication skills, and the ability to upsell and cross-sell effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inside sales activities including lead qualification, product pitching, proposal sharing, follow-ups, and deal closures.

• Visit customers on-site when required for product demos, relationship building, or negotiation meetings.

• Handle and maintain B2B customer accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the assigned customer base.

• Maintain strong customer relationships through regular interactions, support, and follow-ups.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with business goals.

• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and provide timely updates on leads and closures.

• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) for seamless customer experience.

• Must have hands-on experience and knowledge of Excel, Google Spreadsheet and other MS tools.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B inside sales or business development.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven track record in upselling and cross-selling.

• Ability to conduct field visits when required.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Target-driven, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
