We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Officer (Inside Sales) to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in inside sales, preferably within the Education, Banking, or Insurance industries. This role involves lead conversion, relationship management, and revenue growth through effective telephonic and digital sales strategies.
Generate, qualify, and convert leads through inside sales channels (calls, emails, virtual meetings).
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead conversion.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of proven experience in inside sales, preferably in Education, Banking, or Insurance sectors.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle objections effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
