Role: First point of contact for leads. Qualify prospects, arrange site visits, and keep the CRM accurate to improve lead quality and visit conversions.
Job Description:
• Call fresh leads (digital, portals, walk-ins, channel partners, referrals) within the set response time and handle inbound enquiries
• Re-engage cold leads via calls, WhatsApp and email; share brochures and project details
• Qualify leads on requirement, budget, timeline, purpose and loan needs; rate them hot, warm or cold and pass only genuine prospects to sales team.
• Schedule and confirm site visits, brief the sales team, follow up after visits and bring back no-shows
• Update the CRM daily, keep data duplicate-free, and share daily/weekly reports and lead quality feedback to Reporting Manager.
Requirements:
1. Graduate in any discipline, 2 to 5 years of experience in tele-calling, inside sales, or CRM operations
2. Strong communication in English and the local language
3. Working knowledge of a CRM tool will add advantage. ( Training will be provided for CRM tool)
4. Good follow-up discipline and attention to detail
