Job Title: B2B Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, along with the ability to understand client needs and provide suitable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Identify, qualify, and develop new B2B business opportunities.
2.Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
3.Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
4.Present and promote company products/services to potential customers.
5.Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
6.Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
7.Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals.
8.Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
9.Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
10.Attend business meetings, conferences, and networking events to expand the client base.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
2.Minimum 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales (industry-specific experience is a plus).
3.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
4.Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
5.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
6.Proficiency in MS Office.
7.Willingness to travel as required.
