Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Export Executive to manage export documentation, coordinate with international clients, and ensure timely shipment of goods. The candidate will handle export processes, maintain compliance with international trade regulations, and support the sales team in export operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle complete export documentation such as Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading, and Certificate of Origin.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents.
Manage export orders and ensure timely dispatch of shipments.
Communicate with international clients regarding order status and shipment details.
Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements.
Maintain records of export transactions and update management reports.
Track shipments and resolve any logistics or documentation issues.
Work closely with the sales, production, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of export procedures and international shipping.
Familiarity with export documentation and customs clearance.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
Ability to handle multiple shipments and deadlines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
