📍 Location: Sec- 12, Dwarka, New Delhi

🏭 Industry: Printing & Packaging / Corporate Gifting/Branding

💰 Salary: Upto 35K + Incentive (Depending on Experience & Knowledge)

🎓 Qualification: Graduate or above

💼 Experience: 2–5 Years in Export / International Client Handling

🕘 Timing: 9:30am to 6:30pm & 10:00am to 7:00pm

📅 Week Off: Sunday & 1st & 4th Saturday

👤 Gender Preference: Male

🔑 KEY SKILLS

• Strong knowledge of Export Operations & Documentation

• Experience in Overseas Client Handling & Relationship Management

• Excellent Email Drafting & International Client Communication

• Strong Follow-up, Coordination & Negotiation Skills

• Knowledge of Domestic & International Export Procedures

• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace & MIS Reporting

• Good understanding of Order Tracking & Shipment Coordination

• Strong Organizational & Problem-Solving Skills

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle overseas clients and manage day-to-day communication

• Coordinate client requirements, approvals, payments & follow-ups

• Prepare and maintain export-related documents and records

• Coordinate with sourcing, production & internal teams

• Track orders, pending activities and project status

• Prepare daily, weekly & monthly order/MIS reports

• Ensure timely execution of export orders and smooth operations

• Escalate critical client/operational issues to management

• Must have an existing overseas client database/contact network and strong relationships with international Clients.
