Visa Counsellor / Telecaller – Ontario Overseas Consultancy

Job Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls with clients.

• Counsel clients regarding work visas, visit visas, and immigration services.

• Follow up with leads and maintain client records.

• Explain visa processes, documentation, and company services.

• Coordinate with the processing team for client applications.

• Maintain a professional and positive attitude while dealing with customers.

• Achieve daily and monthly follow-up targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 10th Pass or Graduate.

• Good communication skills in Hindi or Basic English

• Experience in immigration, sales, telecalling, or customer service is preferred but freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.

• Honest, confident, and willing to learn.
