Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and confident Immigration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to guide clients through immigration processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel clients on immigration options, visa processes, and documentation
Handle inquiries via calls, emails, and in-person meetings
Assist clients in preparing and reviewing visa applications
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and application status
Stay updated with immigration laws, policies, and procedures
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of applications
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of immigration/visa processes (preferred but not mandatory)
Ability to handle multiple clients and meet targets
Proficiency in MS Office and email communication
Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred)
