Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage editorial schedules, deadlines, and content pipelines.
Liaise with writers, editors, and other teams to ensure timely submission and publication of content.
Review content for consistency, grammar, and style before submission to editors.
Assist in the creation of editorial guidelines, templates, and style manuals.
Track content performance and provide reports to management.
Maintain a centralized content database for easy access and reference.
Support the editorial team in research, fact-checking, and proofreading tasks.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align content with campaigns and projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, or related field.
1–4 years of experience in content management, editorial support, or coordination roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality content.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and MS Office.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
