Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR cum Business Development Executive to manage recruitment activities, support HR operations, and contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources (HR)

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.

- Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate with hiring managers.

- Maintain candidate databases, employee records, and recruitment reports.

- Handle onboarding, documentation, follow-ups, and other HR administrative tasks.

- Support employee engagement and internal coordination.

Business Development (BD)

- Identify potential clients and new business opportunities through calls, emails, and online platforms.

- Generate leads, conduct follow-ups, and build strong client relationships.

- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to offer suitable solutions.

- Assist in preparing proposals, sharing business information, and negotiating with prospective clients.

- Achieve recruitment and business development targets as assigned.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

- Confidence in client handling, lead generation, and follow-ups.

- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, email, and online recruitment platforms.

- Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.

Eligibility

- Graduate or postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

- Freshers with good communication and a willingness to learn are welcome.

- Prior experience in recruitment or business development will be an advantage.
