Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a 26-room hotel and banquet facility in Kakadeo, Kanpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front office operations, driving room and banquet sales, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maximizing hotel revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete operations of the hotel and banquet hall.
Supervise front desk activities, including guest reception, check-in, and check-out processes.
Handle guest inquiries through phone calls, walk-ins, and online channels.
Promote and sell hotel rooms, banquet bookings, and other hospitality services.
Conduct hotel room tours for prospective guests and corporate clients.
Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and resolve customer concerns promptly.
Monitor room occupancy and implement strategies to increase revenue.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other operational teams to ensure smooth functioning.
Maintain service quality standards and operational efficiency.
Prepare daily operational reports and oversee cash handling and billing activities.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and local statutory requirements.
Build relationships with local businesses, travel agents, and corporate clients to increase bookings.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
1–2 years of experience in hotel operations, front office management, or hospitality management.
Prior experience managing a hotel, boutique hotel, resort, or banquet operations will be an advantage.
Performance Incentive: 10%–50% based on business generation and operational performance.
