B2C & B2B Travel Sales Executive – Trip Rian
Trip Rian is looking for an experienced and result-driven Travel Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating leads, converting bookings, and building long-term relationships with both individual customers (B2C) and business clients (B2B).
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound & outbound sales calls and travel inquiries
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings
• Sell travel packages, hotels, cabs, flights, and customized tours
• Coordinate with hotels, transport partners, and vendors
• Build relationships with corporates, schools, groups & travel agents
• Follow up with customers and maintain CRM records
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
• Provide excellent customer support before and after booking
• Generate repeat and referral business
Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years experience in Travel Sales / Tourism Industry
• Experience in both B2C and B2B sales preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of domestic tour packages and travel operations
• Comfortable using CRM, WhatsApp, Excel & online booking tools
• Target-oriented and customer-focused approach
