About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant Operations Manager who can take ownership of the day-to-day functioning and ensure that things get done smoothly, big or small.

The ideal person should be street-smart, proactive, practical, and solution-oriented. Someone who doesn't just identify problems but figures out how to solve them.

Key Responsibilities

~Oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth functioning across teams.

~Coordinate with FOH, BOH, kitchen, housekeeping, vendors, and support staff.

~Handle day-to-day operational issues, emergencies, and last-minute requirements.

~Manage staff coordination, attendance, discipline, and deployment.

~Coordinate with vendors, technicians, suppliers, and external service providers.

~Monitor inventory, wastage, maintenance, cleanliness, and operational requirements.

~Handle customer concerns and ensure a good guest experience.

~Track pending tasks and ensure proper follow-up and closure.

~Support management with events, special requirements, and new initiatives.

~Identify operational gaps and take corrective action.
